With over 35 years of experience leading engineering and public works departments throughout Chicagoland, Howard brings a wealth of expertise to his role at Greenprint. His primary focus is leading Greenprint’s construction management work for the Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation’s Green Schools Initiative, helping over 60 public schools add green infrastructure to their properties to comply with statewide stormwater management requirements.
Howard has led dozens of transformative multimillion-dollar projects in stormwater and wastewater treatment, showcasing his commitment to innovation in water infrastructure development. He has a proven track record of optimizing municipal operations and securing substantial grants.
Howard is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Illinois and earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering from Bradley University and his Master’s of Public Administration from Roosevelt University. In 2020, he was recognized as a Top Ten Public Works Leader from the American Public Works Association.
