Nicole co-founded Greenprint Partners to drive private capital toward projects that solve social and environmental problems in underserved communities. She draws on a decade of investment management and due diligence experience spanning asset classes from public equities, fixed income and hedge funds to private equity, venture capital and real assets. Nicole earned her BBA and Masters of Accountancy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Laura earned her BS in Environmental Science and Policy from the University of Maryland – College Park and earned her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Passionate about furthering the way we communicate the ideals and practice of urban sustainability, Rose guides Greenprint Partners’ efforts to design, communicate and deliver value to cities, landowners, stakeholders and investors. Rose brings more than a decade of marketing and program management experience in consulting, public sector, nonprofit and social enterprise settings. Rose earned a community-based urban planning BA from the University of Washington and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Jim draws on 25 years of experience in the planning, design and construction of municipal infrastructure to lead Greenprint Partners’ engineering and construction management work. As a consulting engineer, Jim has managed multi-million dollar projects ranging from stormwater collection and management system design, and roadway reconstruction, to water supply and distribution and sanitary sewer collection systems. Jim is a registered professional engineer in the states of Illinois and Michigan and holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Valparaiso University and a MS in Environmental Management from the Illinois Institute of Technology.

Hannah joined Greenprint Partners with great excitement to be managing projects that help communities improve their public health, climate change resiliency, and economies through the use of green stormwater infrastructure. Prior to joining, she worked as a water resources engineer in both the private and public sector. Hannah is a registered professional engineer in the state of Illinois and holds an MS in Environmental Engineering, with a specialization in Public Health, from Northwestern University.
Market development manager
Ben is an environmental engineer with a knack for building strong, diverse projects and partnerships. Ben joined Greenprint in 2019 to lead our market development work and to grow Greenprint's programs throughout the country. He brings experience as a Fulbright Scholar researching ecologically based wastewater treatment in India; a carbon offset developer with startup Wabashco (now Tradewater); a green infrastructure project developer and conservation finance specialist at Delta Institute; and a co-founder of the Artisan Grain Collaborative, a multi-state local grains initiative. Ben is a registered Engineer-In-Training and LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP O&M) with a BS/MS from Northwestern University.
Kyla is passionate about using her corporate marketing experience, multi-media communications skills, and creativity to build a greener, more sustainable future at Greenprint Partners. A marketing professional with five years’ experience, Kyla helps our clients identify, craft, and share the compelling stories that emerge from green infrastructure investments, whether it’s by coordinating a ribbon cutting event, creating interpretive signage, or conducting media relations. Previously, she worked in marketing and advertising agencies with a focus on buying and planning, shopper marketing, and e-commerce. Kyla received her BA in Philosophy from Northwestern University.
Michelle is passionate about engaging black and brown communities in the conversation of environmentalism. As outreach coordinator, she draws from her diverse background in plant ecology research, urban agriculture and environmental education. Before joining Greenprint Partners, she worked on Chicago’s West Side growing and increasing accessibility to local, organic produce with high school students. She holds a BS in Plant Sciences from the University of Maryland-College Park.
Dave is a Principal and Chairman of Equilibrium Capital, leading the firm’s strategy and product development process. He formed Equilibrium to be a global leader in sustainability-driven asset management for institutional investors that delivered both sustainable alpha and intentional positive impact on our community and environment.
Dave’s passion and commitment to sustainability is a result of his work in venture capital, regional economic development and climate change policy.
Kathy has spent the past 15 years helping entrepreneurial companies grow and prosper through her work as a Venture Partner at Oak Investment Partners. Kathy participates on a number of food and agricultural task forces and is a judge for the Food/Ag/Beverage division of the MN Cup. She also currently sits on the board at Revolution Foods. Prior to Oak, Kathy held management positions at Harmon Glass and Target. She has a BA from Carleton College and an MBA from The Wharton School.
Kim is deputy director of the Social Investment Practice at The Kresge Foundation. In this role, Kim works with Kresge program teams and external borrowers, financial intermediaries, banks and policy makers to identify areas where lack of capital is a barrier to helping vulnerable people improve their life circumstances. Kim graduated Phi Beta Kappa with BA degrees in community studies and sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. She received a master’s degree in public policy from Harvard Kennedy School.
John is Managing Director of Hulbert Capital. An investor in and advisor to businesses in water, energy, and sustainable resource management, John has also served in leadership and advisory positions at Natural Resources Defense Council and Locus Energy. John’s experience in renewable energy also includes work as a consultant to the Department of Energy, as a Board member, Treasurer, and Member of the Executive Committee of the Solar Energy Finance Association (SEFA), and as an investment banker in the Global Energy Group at Credit Suisse, where John executed transactions across the traditional and renewable power sectors.
