Kirsten brings two decades of experience leading community engagement and strategic communication projects across sectors including natural resources and wastewater, high-capacity transit, transportation, public safety and emergency preparedness, and public health. She specializes in crafting research-driven, culturally responsive strategies that resonate with diverse audiences. Drawing on her deep understanding of environmental processes and complex infrastructure, Kirsten designs public involvement programs for federal and state agency clients.

As an experienced project leader, she directs interdisciplinary teams, develops and manages budgets, oversees schedules, manages risk, leads deliverable development and supervises contracts and subconsultants. She is recognized for fostering collaboration and turning ideas into clear, results-oriented plans. 

Before joining Greenprint, Kirsten worked extensively in public engagement and communications consulting, where she built expertise in facilitating inclusive dialogue between agencies and communities. She is invested in elevating community voices through authentic engagement and supporting projects that help communities thrive. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and psychology from Pacific Lutheran University.
