As a Lead Consultant on the Strategic Advising team, Rose brings deep expertise in supporting public agencies in designing and delivering programs that center community values, equity, and long-term resilience. Drawing on extensive experience shaping community-based public infrastructure initiatives — from green stormwater infrastructure to energy efficiency — she helps teams translate their commitments to equity and social justice into practical, impactful strategies. Rose is also a leading voice in the field as one of the principal authors of The Equity Guide for Green Stormwater Infrastructure Practitioners, co-published by Greenprint Partners and the Green Infrastructure Leadership Exchange.

Driven by a passion for empowering teams, Rose excels at fostering the clarity, creativity, and collaboration needed to navigate challenges at the intersection of climate resilience and equity. Her empathy and steady leadership have played a pivotal role in elevating Greenprint’s national influence and strengthening the systems and processes that underpin its success.

A Seattle native, Rose began her career in stormwater management with the Duwamish River Cleanup Coalition. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sustainable Urban Planning from the University of Washington and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University.
