Tiffany has over 25 years of service in the public sector, primarily supporting the water and environmental space. At Greenprint, she is responsible for leading strategic communications and equitable engagement strategies for water and greening infrastructure projects. Building trusting relationships is at the heart of Tiffany’s work, and she believes deeply in the power of collaboration and partnership to create sustainable outcomes. 

Prior to joining Greenprint, Tiffany partnered with local, state and federal agencies, in addition to local nonprofits and community leaders, to successfully lead a range of projects and programs. Her diverse experience includes leading citywide green infrastructure outreach, coordinating watershed partnerships and collaborating with artists and researchers on educational and public information programming. 

Tiffany is a native of Puerto Rico and is based in the Greater Philadelphia region. She is also a proud board member of the Tookany/Tacony-Frankford (TTF) Watershed Partnership. Tiffany holds a Bachelor’s of Arts from Villanova University and a Master’s in Environmental Management from the University of Pennsylvania.
