RainReady Homes Overhead Sewer Installation

Greenprint Partners is seeking proposals from qualified contractors with licensed plumbers for the installation of overhead sewer plumbing and associated basement sumps and grinder pumps at 13 residential properties in the Village of Riverdale. This project is supported by Cook County American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds and is part of the County’s efforts to protect properties having a history of basement flooding, manage stormwater runoff, reduce localized flooding, and improve water quality.

The selected contractor will be expected to carry out the work in accordance with all applicable regulations and best practices.

This work is being supported, in whole or in part, by Assistance Listing Number (ALN) — formerly known as the CFDA — 21.027 awarded to Cook County by the U.S. Department of the Treasury.‍
