Crain’s partnered with Workforce Research Group to assess workplaces across the region based on culture, retention, benefits and employee satisfaction. The evaluation process included two surveys: an employer questionnaire and a 77-question confidential employee survey (making up 80% of the total score.) Workforce Research Group then combined and analyzed survey results to determine which companies met its criteria.
